HealthWinds Spa Healthy Juice Bar!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting a new spa that has one of the most holistic and integrated approaches I know of to date.
I did a full review of my wonderful experience on Beauty Match, but since they had an incredible healthy juice bar, I felt compelled to write a quick review.
I’ve been to many spas that offer tea (often commercial teas that you can buy at the grocery store), regular filtered water (I’m a sucker for citrus-flavoured filtered water) and a few treats.
When it comes to healthy juice bars, I had never really experienced anything like HealthWinds spa!
In fact, I’ll tell you that the experience was so incredible that I decided that I will need to focus a segment on ‘Healthy Spa Foods‘ because why go to a spa to feel relaxed and refreshed if they serve food that’s not serving your body any purpose?
