Alternatives to Teflon-coated pans!

I’ve been going on quite a bit about the potential danger of Teflon-coated pans recently because I was so shocked when I heard they might possibly leak harmful chemicals into your food.

In the first post, I said if I were able to find a good alternative to Teflon coated pans, I’d simply give up the pan I had been using for years.
It turns out there are a few alternatives on the market, and I have no doubt that within a few years, there will be a long list of manufacturers who make non-stick pans that are green and healthy.
For now, I’ve been able to get my hands on two brands (GreenPan and EarthChef) and I’ve put them both to the test.
