Jamie Oliver shares tips on cooking for weight loss

I quite like Jamie Oliver’s attitude about wanting to change the way the U.K. eats.
During a trip to London a few years ago, I noticed many Brits were not making good food choices. I’ve also read numerous reports about how many British women were more than happy to buy those terrible diet pills online without knowing what kind of dangerous crap they are putting into their body. It’s not only Nigella who is preparing foods that are so high in fat that they might meet your fat needs for an entire week in just one meal, but I’ve also watched in amazement how Emeril Lagasse keeps going on and on about pork fat and how he loves to deep fry a lot of his recipes in (I guess) pork fat!
