I started out my career as a blogger back in June 2007. Since then I’ve had the chance to meet some incredible beauty, celebrity make-up artists, celebrity hair stylists and fashion/style experts.
Since launching Eat Smart Age Smart, I’ve had a chance to meeting well-known doctors, expert nutritionists, nutrition and fitness who have helped shape my knowledge about healthy eating and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
