I has been religiously following the “French culinary lifestyle aka French diet” since I began dating her ex-Parisian husband in the 1990s – the man never ate preserved or fast food.
I’m what you would call a health nut and I believe that nutrition is a guarantee to aging well. I’ve been studying cooking and nutrition for over a decade! I’m still very proud of having completed a 13-day juice fast during which I only consumed freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juice, tea and a lot of water!
I’m a hardcore fitness buff because not only does it keep me fit, it also ensures that everything where it’s supposed to be.
