Contest: Can-Fit-Pro fitness day!
I cannot tell you how pleased I am to be working with Can-Fit-Pro to help entice a few more readers to get motivated to get fit!
I don’t believe in short lived New Years’ fitness, weight loss and diet resolutions (that usually fizzle by February 2nd) and I think you have the power to decide at any point in the year to change your fitness level … SO WHY NOT START TODAY?
Now, before I continue, I want to say that Can-Fit-Pro is specifically geared towards the Canadian market (and they organize the largest yearly gathering of fitness minded people), but there is a similar body in the U.S. and I’m quite certain that the U.K. and Australia must surely have similar bodies.
These types of associations are there to support professional fitness experts, but they often create day long events to get the general public more involved.
I’ll be hanging out at this year’s Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show event on Saturday, August 22, 2009 and I’m hoping that a few readers from the area will want to join me!
>>> Why should you consider hanging out at the Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show?
Are you reaching your weight loss goals?
Are you getting bored with your gym routine?
Are you ready to lead a healthier lifestyle with more energy, passion, and confidence?
The solution is to come to the Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on August 22, 2009 and learn from today’s leading experts, including best-selling authors and celebrity trainers!
>>> You could win 1 of 8 tickets to join Eat Smart Age Smart at the Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show
Can-Fit-Pro is giving me 8 tickets to give out to readers! That means that 8 lucky people will get a chance to hang out at one of the most important nutrition, health and fitness event of the year!
>>> So tell me how winning a ticket to the Can-Fit-Pro Consumer Fitness and Wellness Show can help you reach any fitness goal you have for this year?
1) You simply have to leave me a comment at the end of this post letting me know WHY you want to come out on Saturday, August 22, 2009 and hang out with Eat Smart Age Smart and learn a lot more about easy ways to improve your health and your fitness!
>>> So let me know if you have any fitness goals you’d love to reach and how an event like this can help you get there this year!
2) Contest is ONLY open to people living in Toronto and the GTA since the event is local. Winners will most likely have their tickets waiting for them at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on the day of the consumer show.
3) Contest is open from July 15th to August 15th, 2009
4) I only pick winners who are members of our free membership Eat Smart Age Smart. If you are not on our database, you will not receive notice of new contests and you won’t know who wins. Be sure that you are on our database because there are many more great contests to come: Eat Smart Age Smart Insider

After having lost more than 150 lbs in the past few years, you can bet that fitness and nutrition are at the forefront of all my thoughts. I never want to be morbidly obese again.
This show sounds like an excellent opportunity to learn about becoming more healthy and staying that way. Count me in!

I must lose weight and get fit, and I need all the support I can muster. This show would be a really good source of motivation. I agree with Eleni – - an excellent opportunity to learn about becoming and remaining healthy!
