I was watching the recap madness on TV last night for the Real Housewives of Orange County and I can tell you that if this is a warm up to the cattiness to come, the new season of rich California housewives will be quite the entertainment.

It’s no secret these women get a little bit of help when it comes to aging well, but they also spend a whole lot of time at the gym.

I was quite surprised to see that Tamra Barnes and Lynne Curtin headed to the gym to workout with a trainer who set them up on the TRX Suspension Training for a killer workout!

I’ve reviewed the TRX Suspension Training after workout with a trainer myself and to this day, I’ve never (EVER) have found anything that was as powerful when it comes to a killer workout.
