You’ve surely heard of the Master Cleanse diet! It would appear that the Master Cleanse diet has been a very popular search term on Google since 2007.

Can you imagine all these women wanting to learn how to lose weight by starving themselves?

I’m not the biggest Beyonce fan (since she broke up Destiny’s Child … but that’s another story all together), but I do admire her for saying that she didn’t find that she looked healthy after having to lose 20 lbs for the movie role in ‘Dream Girls’ in 2007.

>>> What is a Master Cleanse?
Just in case you had not heard, the Master Cleanse is diet where you drink an unappetizing concoction of water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for days on end. You do NOT eat any solid foods during your Master Cleanse diet … you only drink that watery concoction.

I mean an elephant could lose weight and end up looking like a tiny poodle dog on that diet because it simply gives you no nourishment whatsoever.

The danger with the Master Cleanse diet is the fact that is has some serious repercussions on your organ.

Honestly, WHEN will women learn that you cannot go on a quickie yo-yo diet and hope that you will maintain the weight you’ve dramatically lost on a long term basis? In fact, it has been reported that women who have followed the Master Cleanse diet have gained back the weight they lost (and then some) with a vengeance. What’s the point?

You cannot pay me enough money to opt for that unhealthy way of losing weight. This kind of diet is not only extremely dangerous but it has potential irreversible damage to your body.
A few celebrities who have tried this diet to shed weight include Beyonce, Angelina Jolie (aka Mrs. Brad Pitt).

If you are a Beauty Match reader, I implore and urge you NOT to try the Master Cleanse diet!!! If you want or need to lose weight, please do it the old-fashioned and healthy way. It may take longer to watch what you eat, cut out junk food and adopt a fitness regime, but the results will be long lasting.

Here’s a parting note … women over 35 should put a permanent end to these types of diets because in the end they are a huge disservice and only end up making you fatter.

If you are looking for effective cleansing programs to detoxify your body … keep reading … we’ll feature a lot of them and they are ALL healthy and require no starvation.

Losing a few pounds before spring break can be easier than you think and it can be done in a safe way. Yes, it is possible to enjoy a healthy weight loss before you hit the beaches in your newest bikini!

A spring break body is more achievable than you think AND you don’t have to dread showing your body to the world if you keep a few simple rules in mind.

Now, before I share these tips with you, remember that having a bikini-ready body should not be reserved to a few times in the year. By making healthy eating and a regular intensive fitness regime as part of your life, you will have a strong and fit body all year round.

>>> Here are 10 easy dummy-proof ways to jump start weight loss before spring break!

1. Eat protein at every meal: You should also include breakfast and eat vegetarian protein like nuts.

2. Limit the highly refined wheat foods: Make sure to include whole wheat and whole grain options in your diet.

3. Ditch “food products”: Ninety per cent of what you eat should be REAL food that could have been hunted, caught, gathered from the ground, plucked from a tree or grown … if it comes in a box/package from your freezer … chances are it’s not all that real.

4. Vary your starch: Include a lot of “real” carbohydrates in your diet as opposed to high refined ones. Your best choices are oatmeal, sweet potatoes, beans and legumes.

5. Be careful with sweets: Don’t eat unlimited amounts of fruit and be careful with the extra-sweet, extra-ripe variety. For now on, keep fruits to two a day, and choose the low-sugar, high-fibre variety like apples, pears, plums and especially berries! Here’s a tip: fruit should be eaten alone or with something light such as nuts or some cheese. Drastically limit your intake of fruit juice.

6. What kind of fat are you eating? You should worry less about the amount of fat you and pay more attention to the kind of fat you eat. The worst are fried foods, margarine (this is really bad for you) and foods that contain hydrogenized or partially hydrogenized oils. The best is omega-3, found in fish and flaxseed oil.

7. Reduce or eliminate dairy for a short period of time (especially cow’s milk): For a few weeks, you might want to limit your dairy intake to reasonable amounts of cheese and occasional portions of yogurt, but NOT the fat-free kind (it contains way too much sugar).

8. Stop using vegetable oils such as sunflower, safflower and corn: Instead buy olive oil, grape seed oil or coconut oil. Conventional supermarket vegetable oils are HIGHLY refined, and oxidize easily when heated, contributing to arterial plaque.

9. Drink at least eight or more large glasses of pure water a day: You’ve heard this before … I’m not teaching you anything new, but the question is: ARE YOU DRINKING WATER EVERY DAY or are you still making excuses like: “I don’t like the taste of water”?

10. Eliminating alcohol for a couple of weeks: You can always go back to moderate drinking later, but cutting back will help you drop the weight fast.

Do you have healthy tricks to help you get your spring break body ready? I’ve love to hear about them!

Feature presented by Noah St John

Let’s face facts: everyone knows that in order to lose weight, all you have to do is eat right and exercise. But as reported in Huffington Post, a new diet book appears on the bestseller lists about as often as Hollywood releases a new Seth Rogen movie.

So why, with this avalanche of “how to lose weight” information, are Americans still getting fatter by the nanosecond?

The surprising answer is one no one’s talking about: It’s NOT because you need more “how-to’s” of losing weight. It’s because you need to uncover your hidden Why-Not-To’s of losing weight.

Judy, a 55-year-old working grandma from Texas, had tried every diet and exercise program out there. She’d lose weight temporarily, then gain it right back and beat herself up.

I asked her in our coaching sessions why she didn’t want to lose weight – to list her Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight. Judy realized for the first time that she believed that keeping the excess weight would protect her.

I asked her, “Protect you from what?” She said that excess weight gave her a feeling of security, because it shielded her from unwanted advances and allowed her to feel “mostly invisible”.

Many of my female clients have said the exact same thing. Shedding excess weight means a number of things to the psyche, and while we think they’re all positive, not all of them are.

Once Judy identified her hidden Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight, she lost 24 pounds in the seven weeks leading up to Christmas. Yes, you read that right: she LOST weight while the rest of America was packing on the holiday pounds.

Oh sure, you’re saying. It’s one thing to lose weight. But did she keep it off?

You’re right. As of this writing, Judy isn’t down 24 pounds. She’s down 42 pounds.

>>>> If you’d like to save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration, stop looking for a magic “how-to” of losing weight. Instead, ask yourself three simple questions:

1. What will I GAIN by losing weight?

These are your Why-To’s of Losing Weight. These should be relatively obvious: “I’ll look better, I’ll be healthier, my clothes will fit better, I’ll live longer, I’ll feel sexier.”

2. What will I LOSE by losing weight?

Your Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight hide in your subconscious. That means, you don’t go around thinking about what you’re going to LOSE when you lose weight; but your Why-Not-To’s are lurking beneath the surface of your consciousness like the bottom of an iceberg. And unbeknownst to you, they’re secretly controlling your behavior.

My clients have discovered many surprising answers to this simple question, including: “I’ll lose my ability to disappear; I won’t feel safe; I’ll feel vulnerable; I’ll have to buy a new wardrobe; what if my partner/boyfriend/spouse isn’t attracted to the new me; what if my friends are jealous of me?”

That last one can be particularly prickly, because, well, women can be downright mean to each other. You’d think that your friends would support you in your weight loss efforts, right? Try losing 20 pounds in seven weeks like Judy did, and you’ll learn who your true friends are (and aren’t).

Once you’ve answered those two simple questions, only one question remains:

3. Which one is greater: my Why-To’s of Losing Weight, or my Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight?

No one can tell you whether you should or shouldn’t lose weight. That’s a personal, private decision only you can make.

But you can – and should – answer the question for yourself, once and for all. And let go of the angst about (and stop looking for the “magic pill” for) losing weight.

And in case you’re wondering why Oprah Winfrey fell off the weight loss wagon (which she has talked about extensively), the simple answer is that she hasn’t fully come to terms with her Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight.

Clearly, Oprah can work with any personal trainer or dietician she wants. But all she has to do is answer these three simple questions.

Once you identify your Why-Not-To’s of Losing Weight once and for all, you’ll never have to fall off the weight loss wagon again – and you’ll stop spending your hard-earned money on “how-to’s” that you already know.

Tapping is a technique that combines ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology with startling results. In fact, Paul McKenna has used this method to help a number of his clients deal with weight issues and binge eating.

Tapping has been extremely effective at helping people get over fear, anxiety, trauma, phobias, even pain and excess weight with a simple tapping technique that you can easily learn and apply yourself . . . and do it right from the comfort of your own home? Tapping has also been linked to cancer recovery!

The First Tapping World Summit (in March 2008) had over 81,000 attendees!

If you are looking to heal from the pain of anxiety and stress, this proven method might actually be worth you taking a few minutes to learn more.

This event is monumental!

There is a new DVD series that shows you how to effectively use the tapping technique yourself from the comfort of your home or during breaks at the office.

The movie teaches you about releasing pain, how our emotions affect our body, releasing trauma, how our childhood is affecting us today, how to clear limiting beliefs, using Tapping to make the Law of Attraction work for you, and much more!

==> Check out the video here: The Tapping Solution

>>>What is Meridian tapping and how can it help me in my life?

Millions of people are settling for lives filled with poor health and emotional baggage. Not knowing how to achieve the joyful and satisfying lives they desire, they’re stuck accepting a lifestyle of emotional trauma, chronic physical pain, compulsions and addictions, or perhaps just an empty feeling inside. Along with these problems come pills to kill the pain, sleep at night, and suppress anxiety – but this is hardly better than the disease.

If you’re like many people, you feel trapped, caught in this cycle. You’re tired of feeling sad, depressed, anxious, discontent, and unwell. You’re sick of the expensive and ineffective treatments. You’re fed up with relinquishing the power over your health and happiness to psychologists and doctors. You’d like to grow, flourish, and thrive, putting the past in the past. You want to be your best, living a life that is filled with peacefulness, joy, and fulfillment, from day to day and moment to moment.

With Tapping, you can do that. You can discover the vital secret for emotional wholeness and physical relief. You can take your physical and emotional well-being into your own hands. It’s simple for anyone to master.

==> Check out the video here: The Tapping Solution

>>> Here are some really powerful testimonials on the effectiveness of the tapping technique:

“What a wonderful DVD this is! It’s a solid, down-to-earth, and compassionate portrayal about an extraordinary subject.” — Lindsay Kenny

“This movie and this technique is profound and yet so incredibly simple.” — Ariane de Bonvoisin

I am not one to tear often and this movie made tears come to my eyes. This is really really positive, great stuff. — Christopher P.

“I received my DVD a couple of days ago and have played it many times. It’s terrific!” – Irene, Ontario Canada

“I had a serious knee injury and tapped along as you suggested and the pain is just gone. My knee is perfect. Now, I know that Tapping works, but it still amazes me how spectacular it works.” — Madalyn M. Richardson

“I have to tell you that it far exceeded my expectations. It is truly EXCELLENT. Good work!!!!” — Laya Stettler

“I have tears in my eyes watching how everyone shifted from their pain, whether be emotionally or physically into having more control over their lives. This was a so inspirational to watch! For anyone who has any doubt about this technique, watch this video and get inspired! It works!” — Annie Siegel – New York, NY

“The DVD The Tapping Solution is the tool I need to help explain to the sceptics around me what I’ve been enthusing about. It is, I believe, pitched just right to stimulate curiosity. This film quietly draws us in to the main theme – how people with many different kinds of problems can be helped by the same simple technique.

It is brilliantly filmed and edited, well shaped and the right length, intriguing yet respectful of the privacy of the participants. It is beautiful to observe their individual blossoming, and the development of empathy within the group. Their stories are our stories, one way or another.

The clips from interviews with a great range of experts are very helpful, worth watching again and again for the insights they bring. Thank you so much for the care and love you have put into the making of this great little DVD. It’s a gem.” — Lynsey Ferrari, New Zealand

“The DVD is amazing, inspiring, moving, just plain fantastic.” –Cecilia Winston, St. Louis, MO

Tapping Solution explores “Meridian Tapping” a new discovery that combines Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology with startling results. If you are caught in pain, addictions and other limiting beliefs, the Tapping Solution can help you make head waves in your everyday life.

I was in London a few years ago and I was completely shocked by how many people were obese.

I’ve been to Europe many times but I’ve pretty much mastered the art of re-discovering France and Italy. I had not ventured to the U.K. and I thought (wrongly so) that the Brits had the same healthy eating approach to food as the French and Italians.

It’s interesting because many think the obesity problem is an American problem, but within 24 hours in London, I knew the obesity crisis had crossed the pond in a big way.

When you observe things from afar, it’s always hard to determine if you are actually right in your assumptions or if you just happened to visit areas of a city where people had particularly bad eating habits.

The Daily Telegraph reported in a recent article that “obesity-related admissions to hospitals in the U.K. has jumped by 60 per cent”.

“There were 8,085 admissions to hospital for obesity in 2008/09, up from 5,056 the previous year and 1,746 in 2003/04, official figures from the NHS Information Centre show.”

In fact, it’s now official: one in four Brits are obese!

The problem is so serious that U.K. hospitals have had to make adjustments for wider beds, ambulances and sturdier lifting equipment in order to accommodate for this massive weight gain and these extremely heavy patients.

As if all of this information is not alarming enough, the article also talks about Paul Mason, the fattest man on the planet, who weighs a staggering 980 lbs (70 stones … you need to multiply that number by 14 to get the equivalent in ponds) who had to be airlifted from his home in the U.K. to undergo gastric surgery to help him lose weight!

In a desperate attempt to control this crisis, the U.K. health ministry has created a multi-million pound/£ Change4Life scheme, with high-profile television advertisements promoting exercise and a healthy diet. The ministry is hoping all this media exposure will hit home and will make an impact on people’s lives.

It’s funny in a way because the U.K. is spending millions to tell people what have been told for decades now.

It’s obvious that it’s not the lack of information because most people know that eating the traditional British breakfast daily (which is all about fried food) and drinking yourself silly at a pub every day after work is a recipe for disaster, but the question is what will it take for people to commit to making changes in their lives?

This article left me gobsmacked (as the Brits would say).

I don’t have millions of dollars (or ponds/£) to promote healthy eating (although I wish I did). The only thing I have is this site and a passion to get the word out.

Sometimes, I wake up and think that my site has little impact in the world. I mean there is sooooooooooooo much out there. Reading the Telegraph article has boosted my desire to keep forging ahead.

If I have to get more and more creative to get the word out … I will, but I’m not going to stop because maybe (just maybe) there is something that I will write on this site that will have an impact on one person and that person will take the necessary steps to change their life and reach a healthier weight.

You can read the complete Telegraph article here: Hospital admissions for obesity more than triple

Is The Biggest Loser a big fat joke?

Well, I’m going to attempt to answer that question by looking as some of the results from past contestants of this super-popular-weight-loss-show that has taken America, the U.K. and Australia by storm. You now have franchise like The Biggest Loser U.S.A., The Biggest Loser Australia and The Biggest Loser U.K. and who knows which other countries are lined up for a fat reduction?

***You’ll want to keep reading, because I’ll share the story of that Matt Hoover (Season 2 Winner of NBC’s The Biggest Loser) who gained back most of the weight he lost on the show, but then found a solution that has helped him really change some of the triggers that were pushing him to over-eat.***

Does The Biggest Loser teach contestants how to make permanent lifestyle changes in their lives?

>>>> Participate now to take advantage of this limited-time free trial: The Biggest Loser’s weight loss solution!

When it comes to teaching permanent weight loss, it seems that one of the biggest diet shows might be falling short and many former contestants might sadly see themselves back to their old heavy weight.

I’ll tell you that from the beginning, I’ve been wondering if those contestants would still be at their dramatic weight loss weight one, two or three years down the road (because that’s the true measurement of weight loss success … not dramatic weight loss, but rather permanent weight loss). I think Oprah answers that question loud and clear.

Way back in January 2009 when Queen Oprah announced that she had put on 40 lbs in recent years, she had that tune-up week where she invited a line-up of guests and experts on the topic of weight loss.

One of those guests was Erik Chopin, the winner of NBC’s third season of The Biggest Loser. At 36, Erik, a New York deli owner, had diabetes, sleep apnea (sleep issues because of his heavy weight) and sky-high cholesterol and when he got the call to appear on The Biggest Loser in 2006, his weight was a freakishly dangerous 407 pounds!

It seems that Oprah had been trying to get Erik Chopin to come on her show for a long time to share his secrets to his newly acquired slimmer body and how losing the weight had impacted his life, but Erik Chopin, the winner of NBC’s third season of The Biggest Loser always had a convenient excuse to turn down one of the world’s most important show host.

I think you know where I’m going with this, because when you say “no” to Oprah … something is not quite right and you might be hiding something.

During The Biggest Loser show, Erik, lost a whopping 214 lbs (that’s like losing two people), but three years later (by January 2009), Erik weight a colossal 315 lbs! Here’s the bad part, as Erik was getting fatter and fatter, he continued using older photos of his slimmer self on his MySpace and Facebook pages because he felt he had inspired so many people and he was afraid of letting everyone down.

Erik, just like all contestants on The Biggest Loser are put through a rigorous fitness regime of 6-8 hours of supervised fitness every day. On this type of a plan, an elephant could slim down to the size of a giraffe!

The problem is happens after the show ends? How are you supposed to go back to your home and become accountable about what you eat, what you don’t eat and how often you hit the gym? Who’s going to come yelling in your face? Once The Biggest Loser ends, that’s when reality sets in and if you’ve not yet figured out why you were overeating in the first place, then the millisecond you experience some stress in your life, you’ll hit that bag of Oreo cookies or that bag of Doritos chips with a vengeance.

>>>> Participate now to take advantage of this limited-time free trial: The Biggest Loser’s weight loss solution!

>>> Here are some good points about the Biggest Loser:

* If brings to light that no matter how heavy you are, you CAN lose the weight if you are committed to your goal.

* If you cannot do it on your own, having a workout buddy can help a lot.

* The whole marketing behind the show is a great wake-up call for a lot of people struggling with weight issues.

* As a contestant on the show, you have daily and weekly challenges to keep you on track.

* As a contestant on the show, you work with personal trainers and nutritionists.

* As a contestant on the show, you become motivated by other’s weight loss stories.

>>> Here are some not so good points about the Biggest Loser:

* The show doesn’t address the many reasons why people overeat and help them deal with those emotional issues.

* The show doesn’t show contestants how to take everything they’ve learned and fit it into their busy lives where there is stress, running around and where you find yourself alone at the grocery store to make decision about food.

* It can become more about winning the competition than losing the weight.

* Once you are on the show, everyone in your neighbourhood will know who you are and there will be pressure on you not to let everyone around you down.

Let’s face it, Erik Chopin is in the same boat as Kirstie Alley!

In the end many contestants of The Biggest Loser will have a similar faith to Kirstie Alley. It’s quite sad that after losing all that weight, she felt obliged to go on Oprah’s show to apologize. The Jenny Craig diet, the personal chefs, the Jenny Craig consultant, the cameras and the million dollar pay cheque were all great motivators for Kristie, but just like a lot of contestants on the The Biggest Loser, she didn’t learn how to control the emotions attached to her overeating and she didn’t learn how to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle.

>>>> Matt Hoover (Season 2 Winner of NBC’s The Biggest Loser) finally looses the weight for good after gaining it back after he won:

There is another contestant from the The Biggest Loser who’s also put back on his pre- The Biggest Loser weight, but he actually found a solution that has worked for him and he’s now living a happy life at a healthier weight!

You’ll surely want to read his story!

>>>> Biggest Loser Winner Reveals Weight Loss Secret in New Magazine Article

If you picked up the June 8th, 2009 issue of Life & Style Magazine you might have missed the four page spread beginning on page 46 – revealing that Matt Hoover (Season 2 Winner of NBC’s The Biggest Loser) gained back most of the weight he lost on the show!

>>>> Participate now to take advantage of this limited-time free trial: The Biggest Loser’s weight loss solution!

As many might have guessed, without the isolation, the cooks, and the drill sergeant personal trainers, he couldn’t keep up the strict regimen.

”When I got home, I quickly realized I wasn’t equipped to deal with the temptations of the real world.”

That was until January of this year, when Matt discovered a new tool that has allowed him to drop 2.39 pounds of fat per week.

This tool allows him to near-effortlessly shed weight without feeling deprived, popping pills, or resorting to boring and expensive meal plans.

More importantly, these are pounds he is going to keep off forever – because this tool has changed the way Matt feels about life and food.

”I’m back down to the size I was when I left The Biggest Loser ranch” he says, ”But back then, I wasn’t healthy – I was hurting.” — Life & Style, June 8, 2009 pg. 48

Matt’s secret is a 4 CD Hypnosis Program created by Dr. Roberta Temes, who is on the Department of Psychiatry at the SUNY Health Science Center Medical School and the editor of the first hypnosis textbook used by thousands worldwide in medical schools.

A meta-analysis published in The Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology (1996) reveals that hypnosis with a credible psychologist, ”can increase weight loss by an astonishing 146% over the long term.”

Matt’s story certainly confirms this:

”…I was a fat person in a skinny body until I took the time to get honest with myself after regaining the weight… I was emotionally eating.”

”There are days when I feel kind of down or worried, and I turn on my headset and listen to the CDs instead of going out and eating a bunch of food.” — Life & Style, June 8, 2009 pgs. 47-48.

Published by The Hypnosis Network, the CDs Matt used underwent independent testing by The National Health & Wellness Club and revealed an astonishing 92% satisfaction rating among its randomly selected members.

A company spokesman for The Hypnosis Network is quoted as saying:

”We’re obviously excited that Matt chose our hypnosis program and has seen such tremendous results. We hope it will help show millions of Americans that even after people see great success, they can still get help from the proven benefits of hypnosis.”

To celebrate the amazing success that Matt Hoover is seeing, The Hypnosis Network has now implemented a ”10,000 Success Stories” campaign.

In order to quickly attain 10,000 success stories, the company is giving anyone who wants to put the power of hypnosis to the test the ability to try it first before paying upfront in an attempt to lose the extra weight for good.

Quantities are limited and interested participants are encouraged to act promptly, as media coverage continues to increase daily.

Please do not kill the messenger. This news comes from CNN.

I was surfing a few stories and as I was looking in their archives, I found this piece of news that is sure to be explosive and cause a lot of debate for those who are hearing about this for the first time.

I don’t know if you watched in April the debates on CNN over airline companies who want to charge double-fares to overweight and obese passengers because they aren’t able to fully fit in one seat and often leave the people sitting next them unpleasantly smushed. The CNN Twitter pages and the Facebook boards were red hot with people debating each side of the story.

If you didn’t catch that debate and if you missed CNN proclamation that “Thinner is better to curb global warming, study says” then you’ll surely have something to talk about at the water cooler.

It seems that this big news comes from the U.K. where researchers at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine published a shocking study. You see, because of food production and transportation factors, a country that has more fat people contributes more harmful gases to the planet than a population of thin people.

It’s true that thanks to supersize meals, processed foods, frozen dinners, fast foods, junk foods and severe lack of exercise people around the world are getting fatter and fatter, but given that Americans are the most obese people on the planet and Brits are the fattest in Europe, would this mean that these two countries lead the way in negatively impacting the planet because their citizens have been unsuccessfully fighting the battle of the bulges?

CNN reports there are more than 1 billion adults on the planet who are overweight and 300 million of those are considered to be obese (according to the Mayo clinic the U.S. has 33.3 per cent obese people). Perhaps these growing numbers prompted this study, given that “population with 40 per cent obese people requires 19 per cent more food energy for its total energy expenditure than the population with 3.5 per cent obese people, the study showed”.

So would the logical conclusion from this study mean that being thinner is not only good for your health, it’s also good for the planet?

Would you be surprised if I told you that losing weight is one of the most challenging goals for so many men and women?
What if you could find a way to actually melt fat and achieve your ideal weight? How about if it didn’t involve will power, dangerous pills, or some wacky new exercise program!
But [...]

Would you be surprised if I told you that losing weight is one of the most challenging goals for so many men and women?

What if you could find a way to actually melt fat and achieve your ideal weight? How about if it didn’t involve will power, dangerous pills, or some wacky new exercise program!

But before I reveal this secret; I think you might be interested in the science of willpower.

According to an experiment published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, just one act of self-control depletes your ability to have self-control in another unrelated area.

For example, when subjects were told not to eat chocolates sitting right in front of them, their persistence in puzzle solving deteriorated. Yikes, that’s not very encouraging!

To translate, just one distraction in your life will sabotage your efforts to lose fat if you use willpower alone. I’m sure a lot of women can relate to this fact.

***No wonder it is so hard to get the lean body you deserve!***

Well, now you know it is not your fault. You aren’t weak-willed … you are simply human.

So, knowing this, how in the world can we shed fat and keep it off?

The answer has to do with a fast and easy way to change your habits – WITHOUT WILLPOWER.

If you want to get thin fast and stay that way, your mind has to automatically desire healthy green foods, water, healthy portions, exercise, etc…

Furthermore, your mind has to automatically NOT crave sugar, unhealthy fats, and even diet sodas (which actually make you fatter … and I’m sure this comes as no shock to you).

Turns out, there is only one established method for this kind of re-patterning (aka changing the way you view foods). It is a method so well researched, that it is approved by both the American and British Medical Associations.

This method is medical hypnosis – but only when performed by a licensed health care provider (like a medical doctor or psychologist).

“Studies show results increase by 147 per cent”

In fact, clinical research shows that you are 97 per cent more likely to shed fat in the short term and 147 per cent more likely to shed fat over the long term using medical hypnosis than on your own.

In one study, the hypnosis group lost more than 30 times the amount of weight as the control group.

There are a lot of folks out there promoting hypnosis programs, but most aren’t real psychologists and until recently I hadn’t found any with data to support the claims of their particular program.

That is until recently. I just found a home-use hypnosis program created by a well-known psychologist named Dr. Roberta Temes. The best part is that through independent testing, the program is getting a 92 per cent success rate.

This means that more than nine out of 10 people who use the program shed pounds. This is really unheard of.

“It is the only hypnosis program that can make this claim”

Here are some results from some users of this program:

‘‘I am now down 20 pounds and still have not had any problems with stress eating (my lifetime habit is to overeat). I am into a size 16 from a 20/22 and people are finally beginning to notice. I personally thank you for your program even though I don’t understand how it works. I am starting to like who I see in the mirror.” — Syndi Ellison, Advertising & Finance Manager Washington State Magazine

”Thought I forgot all about it yesterday, until I realized that I ate breakfast (which I rarely do), drank a lot of water, had a veggie dinner and DIDN’T EAT ANY SUGAR . . . A MIRACLE! You can’t convince me that this system does not operate on some level . . . even though you’re not always conscious of it at the time. Thank you, Hypnosis Network.” — Ann Carlo, Artist and Philanthropist Sag Harbor, New York
