User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Finally, the Truth
This is my first review of any book. I followed the Book(starting with Chapter 10) and have lost 18 lbs so far in 3 months. The adrenal gland malfunction is really true in my case and was brought out well. The “diet” is not tough–its simple and easy to follow. I also visited Dr. Berg’s site and ordered food supplement tablets as well as watched videos that supplement the book. Jilian Michaels also talks about the havoc our hormones can play with our health—-Dr. Berg just brings it out so well. I have tried multiple diets and exercise in the past 15 years to get marginal weight loss. The truth appears to be —get healthy first and weight loss will follow

As always, its best to talk to your doctor before starting on any diet plan. I workout 6 days a week doing both strength and cardio like I have done with all diet plans. This one worked for me.

5 Stars Awesome!
Wow! Now I understand what has been going on with me! I knew that my adrenal glands were out of wack, but certainly not to the extent that is being revealed to me in reading The 7 Principles of Fat Burning. I have been in the gym since the late 80s, and know my way around, however, I always seem to end up NEEDING to be in the gym. I would eat well, exercise, but still have a hard time loosing the weight then keeping it off. This time when I went back to the gym, I was so exhaused that I could hardly stay awake afterward, just wanting to return to bed. I’m now understanding that my body is in need of Chemistry Balancing and the weight loss issue will resolve itself, it is not the problem…My Hormones Are!

Thank you Dr. Berg:)

5 Stars New life style change.
Very interesting book and a wonderful way to introduce a new life style change. It is not a diet but a way to change how you eat and what you eat. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to make a change that makes you feel better.
