Please don’t blame me if you end up spending more time in the kitchen than ever before.

Once you start cooking some of Food & Wine’s Top 100 recipes, you won’t be able to contain yourself.

If you were getting bored of cooking the same old same old recipes, you’ll jump for joy at the idea of having 100 new recipes to try. I have no doubt you’ll be able to find great ideas for your weekly meals and special events … and I have no doubt you’ll be able to find a few favourites in this long list of recipes.

If you give up dessert, then you are setting yourself up for failure when it comes to your weight because dessert is such a great pleasure.

I’m not one to eat those “healthy desserts” because I have yet to find some that taste good. When I eat dessert … I eat dessert. I don’t eat it too often so when I do I’ll have what I really want to eat … no low-cal desserts for me!

Here are some of my favourite Food & Wine’s Fast and Easy Desserts Recipes:

* Plum-and-Honey Sabayon Gratins

* Espresso Granita with Whipped Cream

* Salted Fudge Brownies (I’m not a huge fan of chocolate, but the combination of dark chocolate and sea salt is my cup of tea)
