I am overweight and has “pain in my butt” that I can’t do sit-up like a normal person. The first day I was exhausted just with 10 sit-ups. In a week, I was able to do 100 sit-ups and feel worked (stomach feels tight). The power coils work great that there is no stress or strain to the neck or back. This machine is proficiently designed for its intended purpose. It targets your entire core muscle group extremely well without putting any strain on your back and neck. I’ve done a full range of exercises for many years, and always found abdominals to be the most difficult, due to back and neck problems. In search of some type of apparatus to make it easier, I have tried various gym equipment and purchased four previous devices for the home. After finding the “Total Core Extra” on Amazon and reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I can now say that this device is the best by far. Not only for what I previously stated, but also because I now find working the abs a lot more likeable.
