She says to use zucchini instead of pasta. Yellow and green to be precise. Just slice down the middle vertically and remove the seeds, julienne into very small sections, add salt and use as pasta! Next add the zucchini to your favorite sauce! Her favorite is non-spaghetti bolognese because you get the licopene from the tomato sauce and protein from the low-fat meat. Yum!
