I often get asked if I have any food temptations. Well, I would not be human if I didn’t, would I? People are usually very surprised when they find out which foods make my cheat list:
* deep fried calamari
* skinny French fries (I don’t like the wide ones)
* chicken wings
* sweet potato fries
* coconut shrimp (I can eat a hundred of them!)
* a long list of French and Italian desserts
I think one of the main reasons why so many people tend to fail in their weight loss or become yo-yo dieters is because they wake up one day, decide they have to lose weight right now and then bam … they cut out everything.
When you do that, your brain turns into a 3-year-old and starts rebelling.
The solution is not cutting out your cheat foods, it’s keeping them to a bare minimum.
I’ve created a video that discusses 5 easy ways for you to resist food temptations and maintain a healthy ratio of 90 per cent clean eating to 10 per cent cheat foods. I hope the video will help you in your quest to create a healthier body.
