Video review: How to choose healthy cereals (part 2)

A few weeks ago, I created a video about the importance of taking the time to read the ingredients in your cereal in order to choose a better quality product for your breakfast.
If you missed that first vide review, you can still catch it here:
Video review: How to choose healthy cereals (part 1)
There are billions of boxes of cereals sold every year, and so many of those are empty calories that will only make you fat and do very little to help you attain your ideal weight.
I’ve found a new batch of healthy cereals to help you make better food choices, and you can watch me talking about them below.

Hi there,
I am so happy that I managed to find these videos of yours. Now I know which Cereals to go for as I have been wondering for quite a while reading through ingredients, always finding stuff which “you can’t even pronounce” or lots of sugar in and a lable “0 fat”. I love my cereal with soya milk, just like you, i leave the milk for my coffee. It tastes much better but I must admit there are quite a few types of soya milk there, too- either plain and more natural or full of sugar, I had my research there as well.
A chef once told me if sugar is among the first 3-5 ingredients that authomatically means PACKED with sugar, KEEP AWAY if you don’t want to put on weight.
I also found out over the years that within few hours of eating cereal I become hungry again. I could never understand why, now that I watched your video it become a bit clearer why it is like that. I was a bit embarrassed by that fact before as other people including my husband will eat a bowl of cereal and won’t look for other meals for hours.
