Video Review: Smart Gym

This is a really brilliant fitness concept! If you are familiar with the elastic bands that are used for fitness more and more often now in gyms, you’ll really want to learn more about Smart Gym™.
Many personal trainers have been using these fitness elastic bands as portable devices that mimic the cable machines you find at most gyms, but the Smart Gym takes things to a whole different level.
If you travel a lot on business and you want to stay fit while on the go, take a few minutes to check out my review of the Smart Gym!
>>> What the heck is the Smart Gym?
Before delving into my video review straight away, I recognise that a number of readers might have never heard of the Smart Gym before so I wanted to spend a bit of time going over what I consider “THE must-have exercise product for travellers and people looking for alternatives when working out indoors or at home”.
In one practical and convenient package you get two elastic resistance bands and one detachable bar. You will also get a 45 minute DVD with instructions on how to use the Smart Gym as well as great exercise ideas. The DVD is a workout by Peter Twist which illustrates how to safely integrate balance and movement with whole body strength to develop SMART Muscle™. You also receive a bonus foam door anchor which provides you with the option of using your Smart Gym from multiple anchor points. You’ll need this bonus in order to do a number of exercises, including those that target your back muscles.

The great thing about the Smart Gym is that it will really help you work your core, legs, butt, chest, back, shoulders, and arms to give you the full package effect!
Here’s another great thing about the Smart Gym: when you buy it, you will automatically be enrolled in the Smart Gym Community membership program and will receive regular emails with loads of workout and fitness ideas, tips and strategies.
I use my Smart Gym on a regular base when I just am not in the mood to run to the gym and still want to do some kind of resistance training. Later this year, I have quite a number of conferences and you can bet that my Smart Gym will be neatly packed into my suitcase!
This is a no-excuse solution to you getting into better shape.
