I really like vegetables a lot so it’s always a pleasure for me to cook them and it’s also always a pleasure to find new tasty recipes to try.

There are many vegetables that I eat raw, but there are a number of them that I eat cooked.

I know that “vegetable” is such a dirty word in the English language and when I hear people say they “hate” eating vegetables, I’m always floored. I will often attempt to find exactly which vegetable they ate since I myself don’t like okra or fiddle heads and I cannot digest radishes, but I do eat pretty much all other vegetables. I’m always greeted with “I hate any kind of vegetables … I just hate the taste of vegetables!”

I personally think that if more people know how to cook veggies to make them as tasty as possible, more people would be willing and happy to eat them more often.

That’s why I’m so excited by these two cookbooks from Williams-Sonoma that is all about changing your perception about vegetables.

Watch my review video below where I let you know if these two cookbooks are worth your time!

Here are the two Williams-Sonoma cookbooks I’ll be reviewing:

1) Williams-Sonoma Vegetable, published by Simon & Schuster with 119 pages

2) New Flavors for Vegetables, published by Oxmor House with 159 pages

**** Don’t forget, if you like this video, don’t forget to rate it ****
