At lot of people are not aware that I was once a personal chef and I also worked in the natural food industry way before the movement of eating well became popular. I’ve always made “good food” an important part of my life.

These experiences have shaped the way I view food and has transformed the way I make decisions when it comes to food.

I’m just like millions of North Americans who grew up in households where food was about cutting hunger rather than feeding your cells and your soul, but I was lucky to be able to learn a complete new way of thinking.

The brutal reality is that it doesn’t matter how much you spend on skincare products or how many times per week you visit with your aesthetician, if you don’t eat properly, nothing you apply topically will help prevent premature aging.

The truth is that for most people it’s quite difficult to take the time to understand nutrition properly and it’s not possible for everyone to hire the services of a personal chef, nutritional coach, personal trainer, a nutritionist or a dietician. In the same token, it’s really not possible for most people so spend hours each day educating themselves on which foods are nourishing and how are they supposed to integrate more greens in their diets or how to cut out junk/fast foods.

When you have a busy life, a demanding career and a growing family, time is very limited and when you do have five minutes to rest, you might not want to be flipping the pages of the latest edition of a nutritional guide.

I’ve found a Web site that focuses on nutrition.

The Best Day Ever will answer loads of questions on super foods, raw foods, vitamins, products to buy and those to avoid, recipes and many dietary essentials.

The concept was created by David Wolfe.

David is the author of Naked Chocolate, Eating For Beauty and The Sunfood Diet Success System. Since 1995, David Wolfe has given more than 1,000 health lectures and seminars in the United States, Canada, Europe, the South Pacific, Central America and South America. He hosts at least six health, fitness and adventure retreats each year at various retreat centres around the world.

Here are a few videos that will give you some more insight into David Wolfe:

David Wolfe’s best smoothie (this is a nine-minute video)

David Wolfe on cacao (this is a two-minute video)

David Wolfe on papaya (this is a three-minute video)

There are 10 different programs within The Best Day Ever membership:

1) Monthly Q & A with David Wolfe: where you can ask all of your health and nutrition questions.

2) Discussions about longevity with Peter Ragnar – author of “How to live 20+ years without aging a single day”.

3) David Wolfe’s Cleansing Seminar where you’ll learn things like #1 anti-viral, #1 anti-fungal, #1 anti-parasitical, #1 anti-cancer – #1 healing agent in the world – AND how/where to get it.

4) David Wolfe’s Video Seminars on health and nutrition

5) David Wolfe’s Alternative Healing Therapies talk

6) Strom Talifero interview on eating a raw-vegan of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds in their natural unheated state to build the perfect body (by the way … he’s been doing it for more than 30 years!)

7) Seven Secrets to the Fountain of Youth with Peter Ragnar

#8) David Wolfe’s seminar recorded at the Omega Institute in New York City

9) David Wolfe’s truth about beer and the “beer belly”

10) Alissa Cohen’s interview on how she’s been easing a raw food diet for more than 20 years
Along with all of these programs, you’ll also be able to take advantage of an explicit library of resources on nutrition. You also get a number of monthly bonuses when you become a member.
Now, before saying: “there is no way I’ll ever eat a raw food diet” … think about it this way … what if you could learn how to “integrate raw foods” into your diet.

I’ll be honest, I’m not about to give up cooked foods because I love cooking too much, but because of the background I have in natural/raw foods, over the years I’ve been able to find a nice balance.
In your case, it can be simply to have a homemade burger with a large salad of mesclun mix leaves instead of deep fried fries!

If you’re looking to make huge progress with your health and if you’ve been putting losing weight on your list of yearly goals for the past decade and you have still to lose weight or feel better about yourself … you should really consider The Best Day Ever Membership Program.

I really like the testimonial from Anthony Robbins, world-renowned peak-performance consultant and best-selling author of the #1 New York Times bestseller: Awaken the Giant Within:

“Anyone can benefit from David Wolfe’s knowledge and understanding of raw food nutrition!”

Really? You’re a chef ? Wow! I dreamt of becoming one but sadly, wasn’t able to get the course. I love cooking so much! Specially if meant to health purposes.
